Think I fixed this issue.
The stream length is 46 (46min*60sec*25frames = 69.000frames)minutes, so I
provided min-keyint=100.000 and the resulting encoded stream has only one I
- frame !

If anyone has any other suggestion, I would be happy hearing it.
