[x264-devel] how eliminate video frames?

hi, im interested to study the impact of loss video packets in wireles
networks, i have implemented a simulation that give me a list of packets
loss during the simulation. whit this list i want go to the original video
and eliminate that frames and  replace them for the previous ones,  and then
calculate the PSNR comparing thoses two videos. It is possible?? thanks
