Hi again,

 I've implemented a new RDO algorithm in the current x.264  source and for
doing the comparisons, I need to have a constant Bitrate (or PSNR) to be
able to verify if my algorithm has my desired effect or not. but I'm also
agree with you on having a mailing list for users.
