[x264-devel] Regarding weight scale

Hi all,
Could anyone tell me how to calculate the weightScale (i,j)
and what does it mean in spec 8.5.7.

=> LevelScale( m, i, j) = weightScale( i, j) * normAdjust( m, i, j)  (8-312)
