Hi Tri,

You may be interested in my library h264bitstream at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/h264bitstream/ .  If you read the code
you will see exactly what is in all the headers.  It does help to have
the standard open to the same page. when looking at the code.   Enjoy ;)
