[x264-devel] [patch] updated 2 pass vbv handling

Compared to the "x264_2pass_vbv.2.diff" version:

*updated some thresholds in order to increase safety
*fixed a bug regarding initial vbv fill value
*interleaved under/over detection in initial curve adjustment in order 
to better match target bitrate.
