[x264-devel] shakiness/jumpiness when using bframe?

The bframe value is too high (when streaming, I saw problems with >1,
a little bit higher when playing locally)
I don't think it supports 16 reference frames and b-pyramid, I'd use a
much lower value.
Also, qt used not to support High profile.
