[x264-devel] Threaded slice type decision patch

All,

Attached is a mostly working threaded slice-type decision patch. I seem to be getting some macroblocking style artifacts at the beginning of the encoder (during the initial look ahead window) but otherwise I believe the patch to be working.  Can I solicit some help in testing and improving this patch?
