issue. Activity functions worked pretty well to predict MB bit usage for
constant 8x8. Probably need to revisit that. Wondering if the JVT folks
did some study on that?

based QP selection.Any ideas on the

not see any one that seems to

co relate with the implemented mechanism.Does any of you know the paper
or mechanism on which the x264

rate control is based ? I would really like to read it.
