if one uses the gcc compiler and specific libraries that are not MSVC
runtime....
Using the MSVC IDE would make it SO much easier to understand, debug and
contribute to the code on a Windows platform.
(using the browser, search tools and debugging environment etc)
As there are probably many developers like us, can this not be made a
priority by developers who know the intricacies of the VLC s/w
architecture?
