[x264-devel] Streamer for H.264/SVC

Hi,
you can help me, indicating  do you know if exists a free (no pay to get it)
H.264/SVC  streamer? (could be a streamer that just send the video like a
black box, that is, without multiplexing the contents).
Because I search and don't find anyone and I need one.
