[x264-devel] x264 SSE2 optimizations cause segfaults in ffmpeg and mencoder

When trying to encode any video to H.264 using x264 with ffmpeg or mencoder on 
a Pentium Dual-Core processor, ffmpeg/mencoder segfaults with a backtrace 
ending in x264.

The attached patch fixes it by turning off the problematic functions and 
falling back to the generic ones - but of course that's not quite the right 
fix for the problem.
