[x264-devel] [PATCH] fix missing include

Hi,

In encoder/set.c file, the header set.h isn't included, which result in
all the public functions declared in set.h not being compared to their
prototype when set.c is compiled. This is really error prone if the
prototype of one of the functions is changed in set.c and not in set.h,
the error isn't seem at compile at all, even at linking time, and this
may result in strange run time bugs.

Here is a patch to fix this, can you apply it ?
