[x264-devel] Real-time encoding for low resolution

x264 can handle 1080p realtime on a dual quadcore system; much lower
resolutions are trivial by comparison.  I can do DVD resolution
realtime on my Core 2 Duo 2Ghz using relatively intensive encoding
settings--and I'm not even on a 64-bit OS.
