[x264-devel] x264 drop the last frame

Hello

I'm ussing x264 to encode video from y4m to mp4(x264)

And the original video contains x frame,(I count it in the bitstream) and
the final video (mp4/h264) contains only x-1 frames I saw it with MP4BOX

My videos are last 2 or 3 seconds, so it create a huge time-lag after 2 or 3
videos
