[x264-devel] write title into video

hello all

i'm looking for a way to write a custom title into a mpeg4 (h264)  
video. is there a tool that can do this very fast? it has to be  
accessible via cli because i want to start the process via a php-call.  
would be ver nice if someone could give me a hint.
