[x264-devel] win32 Release build crashes without /RTCs option

Hi all,

Just a heads up: the "Release mode" mode Visual Studio 2005 build of the
encoder crashes before the first frame UNLESS you add the /RTCs compiler
option. This is strange, since I thought /RTCs was supposed to uncover bugs
instead of hide them, but there it is.
