[x264-devel] Regarding level; limits

Dear Experts,

We implemented a baseline codec and testedwith H.264 streams. The codec was
working fine.
The decoding process was fine But we are not clear on the level limits given
in annex A. Can anyone plz let me know how the table A-1 in annex A has to
be understood.
Also I am not clear on CBP removal time etc. What is the purpose of this ?
Also let me know the procedure for claiming a standard approval.
