[x264-devel] Adding borders

Hi all,

I don't know if it is the right place to ask this question, but I would lile to know if it is theorically possible to add top and bottom black borders to an existing h.264 stream to extend its height without doing full re-encoding. If the answer is yes, I would like to know if x264 allows it...
