[x264-devel] Meaning of params: vbv_bufsize, vbv_maxrate and bitrate

I understand that 20 Mbps/25 mb is for Level 4.0. But I want to create a
stream with 4.0 constraints but signal it as 4.1. I want to check how
much memory is allocated by my decoder if I signal the encoding as 4.1
instead of 4.0.
Could you tell me how to do it with the x264 encoder (what should be the
params)?
Thanks
Dinkar

20mbps/25mb is level 4.0. Where does 4.1 enter the question?
