[x264-devel] Preliminary slots allocation for SoC

Hello devs, hello students,

VideoLAN has received a quite high preliminary slots association for
this summer of code. This is amazing!

I therefore plan to give at max 3 slots to x264 and 12 to vlc.

We have until the 15th to finish the mentors/students allocation.

If you are a willing mentor, please verify your check-in on the online
application.
If you are a soon-to-be student, check that you haven't unanswered
questions and that your qualification task is validated!
