Thanks for insisting to get me fix the whole problem. The version of
GCC I use (4.1) chocked on only part of the errors, so I had to get a
fresh build of GCC 4.3 to reproduce your problem and fix it.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Please git pull and you'll get a
source tree that compiles without any exotic compilation flags ;-)
