[x264-devel] A Question about Deblocking Filter...

Hi Anybody,
 
As far as I know, in x264, after encoding each row of MBs, the deblocking filter
is applied on the encoded row. But can we apply the deblocking filter after all
rows being encoded? I have heard about in-loop deblocking filter and I think if 
we apply the deblocking filter at the end of encoding a frame, we will probably
loose some performance. But What do you think? Thanks a lot!
