encoding a frame.
I downloaded the code x264-snapshot-20070830-2245\build\win32 from net and
able to run the code.

Can anyone  please tell me how to enable the slice level multithreading in
X264 and also please let me know where I cna find the details of how much
improvement in the performance is achived by doing so?
