[x264-devel] [PATCH] --ref auto

Adds functionality to automatically set the maximum number of reference frames
allowed for a specific level at the current resolution using --ref auto.

For example, with a resolution of 1280x720:
--level 31 --ref auto = 5 reference frames
--level 41 --ref auto = 9 reference frames
--level 51 --ref auto = 16 reference frames
