[x264-devel] manpage for x264

Hi x264 devs,

I've noticed that the ubuntu package of x264 contains a manpage for the
x264 binary. It was originally written by Sam Hocevar, then picked up my
Christan Marillat and at some point ended up in ubuntu. Now I'm
wondering if you are interested in having a look at it and probably add
it to the documentation directory.
