Hi Devs, is it possible - and if yes, how - to bias the QP of some macroblock regions of some frames in an ABR encode? I'm looking for a concept similar to zones' bitrate multiplier, but on the macroblock level. If it can't be done now, would it be easy/hard/impossible to implement? Thanks for the suggestions! Daniel
