[x264-devel] Is there anyone use Open64 build x264?

Don't expect too much gain from better compilers; even on chips with
extremely fast SIMD units, like the Core i7, over 60% of x264's CPU
time is spent in handwritten assembly functions.

Intel's C compiler gains about ~2-4% performance overall from what I recall.
