[x264-devel] converting H.264 from 25 to 24fps

Hi x264 team,

this question is slightly off-topic, I apologize. But maybe you can help me with a quick answer.

I have a raw H.264 stream, which was originally encoded by x264. It was encoded at 25 frames per second. I want to convert this raw stream to 24 frames per second without re-encoding it. To do that, I changed the time scale in the VUI of the SPS. Is there anything else I need to change or do I now have a valid 24fps stream?
