[x264-devel] buffer size for streaming x264 encoded stream

Hi,

thanks for your answer Jason.
I've googled a little bit about vbv and found that in H.264 it has been
replaced by HRD (Hypothetical Reference Decoder).
Shall I use it the same way ?
