[x264-devel] Regarding co-effecients

Hello,

I am using custom codes replacing CAVLC tables to encode
levels/co-effecients. They seem to vary as I vary the codes. I have added
"--subme 5" to avoid optimization on bit costs. Still I see a difference.
Could you help me on this.
