[x264-devel] Bug ID 8296253

It will remove vlc too since x264 is a dependency.
do a "apt-get build-dep vlc" to install vlc build dependencies, then
remove x264 which will remove vlc, then rebuild vlc using 1.1 git
source or the ubuntu source package.
