[x264-devel] x264 compatibility issues with Polycom and Tandberg

Hi Alexandre,

I did face a similar issue with a Polycom HDX endpoint. The video
would break during  high motion.
In my case it was the motion vector range that was causing an issue.
Capping the value to 32 for that EP did the trick.
