[x264-devel] Portability fix for FreeBSD - use /bin/sh instead of /bin/bash

Hello,

FreeBSD doesn't have /bin/bash, so configure and version.sh fail.
Using /bin/sh allows them to succeed, so I was wondering if it is
possible to change this. There doesn't seem to be any bash specific
requirements, but if there are, using '/usr/bin/env bash' would be
more portable.
