I just git pulled to update to the latest source, but I found that two or three gray square blocks will be flashing several times when:

1. There is a bright background
2. A relatively fixed subject with dark colors (e.g. deep blue and black)

It is not easy to reproduce, I saw it twice for over 8 hours from a camera stream. I remember that several months ago someone had reported a similar problem but I cannot find the thread.  

I used mingw32 + tdm-gcc 4.6.1 to compile x264. Before this update cluster, everything worked perfectly (when x264.h version was 119).
