[x264-devel] [PATCH] MPEG2 Program Stream output

Hello folks,

	Attached patch is to add MPEG2 Program Stream output to x264.

Using this patch I am able to
use the new x264 output file with the new version of OpenCaster I am 
currently working on.

I got some successful results modulating a DVB-T H264 service on flat 
panel hdtvs, I did some tests on it but more are welcome.

My proposal is to use ".pes" as filename extension as I can't find a 
more popular one.

Let me know if the patch code is correctly behaved.
