[x264-devel] x262 timeline

Hello,

It is possible to build a version of x262 from the code here: https://github.com/kierank/x262
It produces a valid stream with most of the fast settings but crashes with some of the slower subme settings.


There is no timeline for completion. Patches welcome as always.
