[x264-devel] GPAC version check is wrong

I've tried newest GPAC revision from svn, and also this older version
from 2009: http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/gpac/browser/tags/v20090603_1437
Nevertheless, configure script instructs me to update my GPAC to
version newer than 2007-06-21. Can this be fixed?

Compiling on Cygwin at Windows 7. GCC version 3.4.4. MinGW, though it
probably doesn't matter here.
