Compliance with RP-2027 and compliance with decoders like Avid are basically mutually exclusive. Someone would probably have to maintain
a patchset that tries to mimic an industry standard AVC-Intra encoder like Mainconcept in order to get something that can actually decode on a wide
range of decoders.
