[x264-devel] x264 Setting for LowBitrate output

Hi All,

I want to stream video data encode in H264 format to android phone users
through RTSP/RTP.  The output bit-rate of encoded data would be around 100
kbps. To encode the data, i am thinking to use x264 encoder using ffmpeg. I
have explored the x264enc and found there are various parameters that can
be tweaked based on the environment. I am new to x264enc so does not what
would be best setting for x264enc if output bitrate would be around 100
kbps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
