[x264-devel] How to upload our algorithms and add to x264

Hello:
        I'am Zixin Liao, a postgraduate students in the Intelligent Information Processing Laboratory of School of Software, Sun Yet-Sen University, Leading by Profession Hongyang Chao. Our laboratory has proposed an Cost-Performance First Fractional-Pixel Motion Estimation Algorithm in the paper----------On Combining Fractional-pixel Interpolation and Motion Estimation: A Cost-Effective Approach [J]. in IEEE Transaction on Circuit and System for Video Technology (accepted as regular paper, 12 pages ) by Jiyuan Lu,Peizhao Zhang, Hongyang Chao, Paul fisher.
       Now that I have added this algorithms into the x264 encoder and get good result of PSNR and Bitrate with less search point number than EPZS Algorithm and FFPS Algorithm. I hope that my project can be upload to the x264's official website and accepted by the x264's official website.  My question is: what information should I provide if I want to do so ?
