[x264-devel] missing reference frames with h.264

Hello,

I'm seeing many "missing reference picture" errors with ffplay or  
ffmpeg when using with a video file generated by FMLE (Adobe Media  
Live Encoder) capturing S-Video using an Intensity Pro capture card.   
The output of the error I'm getting is
