[x264-devel] multi-process encoding problem

we re-transcoded the video without using vbv constraints, but still got the

same hiccup in playback :-(


Erm... you re-encoded it *without* the proper VBV constraints, and
there were hiccups in playback?  That's... not exactly surprising?  If
you're on a set-top box or similar, I'm shocked it didn't simply choke
and die.
