Hi
I am new in x264. An a little familiar with ffmpeg. would you please help
me to find out:

1-is it possible to convert videos to h.264 AVC format with fixed interval
I-Frames?
2-is it possible to ask x264 to dont generate IDR slices and just jenerate
only I slices instead?
3-is it possible to modify the decoder in a way that intra predictions of
slices stored in a text file?
