[x264-devel] How to transform XImage format to x264_image_t type?

Hi all,

Here is a question puzzling me for days. And I don't know where to seek help.

XImage is ZPixmap format(one pixel after another series ). How to transform ZPixmap to planes of x264_image_t? I think this is a common behaviour.
I have poor knowledge about format transformation, and is there any algorithm or interface can help me to do this?
