We just push, 30 minutes ago, x264-0.128/ffmpeg-1.0 to F18 updates
testing [¹]
You may have reason , this is why I'm asking if x264 change is ABI , or
if it has a stable ABI.  
Although it may not seem like, the Fedora release are stable and we are
allowed to put things unstable in release versions, so just F18 will
have new x264/ffmpeg ... , last stable release F17 got ffmpeg-0.10 .
