[x264-devel] limit on frame size in x264

Hi,
      Can we set the upper limit on the frame sizes returned by
x264_encoder_encode call? I have tried using vbv-bufsize. But still some
frame sizes( around 7000) are exceeding the vbv-buf size. So I have a doubt
that is it the right way to do it? my x264 settings are --preset veryfast
--tune zerolatency --vbv-bufsize 1500 --vbv-maxrate 8000 --crf 27
--no-scenecut.
