[x264-devel] CRF and VBV

Actually I 'm not using any vbv-compliance tool for bitrate measurement.
Just comparing the output bitrate which is being printed after encoding by
x264 encoder. Is it the right way to do so? If not, which tool I can use to
verify vbv-compliance?
