[x264-devel] x264 - crash

TV DTS recorded programme
viewed / captured by Elgato EyeTV version 3.4

.mpg
to be transcoded from within EyeTVs editor/export as
.mov (using x264)

resulting in crash of application 
(after two seconds of attempted encoding)

Bit Rate: 5.26 Mbps

Video Tracks:
401 MPEG-2, 720 × 576, 16:9, 25 fps, 15.00 Mbps, upper field first

Audio Tracks:
402 MP2 stereo, 48 kHz, 256 kbps
406 MP2 mono, 48 kHz, 64 kbps

Stream Files:
.mpg (2.32 GB)


however, doing the same with H.264
exports OK.

Am not sure wether this is considered a bug worth reporting,
but thought I'll inform you about it, especially since x264 has 
served me (and my students) well in the past.
