[x264-devel] to improve the x262

I'm currently using the
ffmpeg for MPEG-2 encoding. But I would like to change to the x262. I think the
framework capabilities are better and the multithreading is also a great
advantage for the scalability. But in my tests I found significant problems
with capped vbr and the quality of complex content. The x264 works better
there. One reason may be the missing link of noise reduction.
I have a commercial
interest in the solution of that and would also pay for it. Is there an
interest?
